Five For Friday

Teaming up with Doodle Bugs Teaching this week!
I don't know about you, but I am loving the nice weather we have had in my neck of the woods!! I am so glad to see some warmth! I love running outdoors!

Speaking of running, two Saturdays ago, we had my late boyfriend's memorial trail run. It was so much fun! It was rainy, muddy, wet, and exactly what Scott would have loved.  I miss him everyday! Pictured above is me and Scott's dog, Layla, at the run. She ran with me the entire time! (Pulled me most of the time, but I needed help up the hills anyway! haha)
Last weekend, I went zip-lining in a cave!! What an adventure! I went to a place called Mega Caverns located in Louisville, Kentucky with two of my friends (fellow teachers).  If you have not tried it out, I definitely recommend!

Enough about me, let's talk about the classroom! I don't know if you have been following my "snowman door", but I have been decorating him/her up for different seasons/holidays/events.  (I just couldn't take it down!)  I decorated it up for Dr. Seuss Week, and recently, I decorated him/her for Spring! Check it out :)
Last, but not least, I am so grateful for my daily agenda. Students often come in and say, "What are we doing today?  Are we going to do....fill in the blank".  With an agenda, you can just point to the board. It has the date, and it also helps keep us on track. Pardon my messy agenda photo from a few weeks ago, but it really is a great tool for the classroom!
